John Chappell received his Master of Business Administration at the Wharton School of Finance in 1950 (and his M.A. Degree several years later from the University of Richmond). He soon began managing his father's insurance business, but sought more challenge and fulfillment in the hobbies of duplicate bridge, chess, and tennis.

God gave him a beautiful gift in his lovely and talented wife, Pattie, and four beautiful children. But John and Pattie both sensed something was missing in their lives. There was a cry in their heart for fulfillment. In June of 1967 they received Jesus as their Savior, and were mightily Baptized in the Holy Spirit--transforming their lives.

Within thirteen months John was overseas on his first missionary trip, breaking the Bread of Life to the spiritually hungry in Uganda, Pakistan, and the Philippines!

Three years later they had sold the insurance business and were full-time for the Lord, living by faith, and ministering salvation, faith, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and divine healing in the Philippines, then in America, and ultimately in over forty nations of the world.

John and Pattie minister together much of the time, but Pattie has an outstanding ministry of her own--in worship, singing, teaching, preaching, the prophetic Word, and inner healing.

They have a burden to lead others into a deeper relationship with the Lord, and to raise up others in miracle ministries. The Lord has specially gifted them in ministering to the hurting and oppressed, a ministry of restoration.

As the Spirit leads, they are available for meetings in churches, independent meeting places, home meetings, and marriage seminars. Pattie is available also for women's meetings.
